At EKKO we strive to provide you with extensive information on eco-friendly, sustainable and/or green products from around the world, along with information on the companies that produce them.
We believe that buying green products should not jeopardize style and function and you may be glad to know that it doesn’t have to. Today’s green products are increasingly modern looking and give you the same functionality as traditional products do.
What’s the reason we’re doing this?
We don’t have to tell you that our environment is facing enormous challenges. The most obvious (and most talked about) is global warming, but we face other challenges as well, such as environmental toxins and dwindling water supplies. These challenges are reaching a critical tipping point and have the potential to seriously disrupt our future. This is the reason why we’re doing what we do.
We also realize that most people aren’t willing to compromise their current lifestyle in order to improve the environment, so our site helps you find products that give you the environmental benefits without the incovenience of giving up your creature comforts.
EKKO is fully aware that dire predictions and a dark outlook on the future will not accomplish much, so we prefer to inspire with an upbeat tone.
We aim to educate, inform and (hopefully) entertain.
